Kostas Bournazakis, poet, translator, scholar, and literary editor, was born in Heraklion, Crete, in 1961. He studied at the Faculty of Philosophy of the University of Crete.
He has published the following books:

With philological editing, presentation, and study, he has worked on the following works of Angelos Sikelianos: Letters, Volumes I & II (2000); Antidoron (2003); Mother of God (2003); Sermon of Heroism (2004); Letters to Eva Palmer Sikelianos (2008); “End and Beginning, Memory Here Has None…” (2014).
He has also edited the following works: Chronography of Angelos Sikelianos (1884–1951) (2006); Anthology from the Works of Pantelis Prevelakis (2010); Stylianos Alexiou & Zissimos Lorentzatos, Correspondence (1967–2003) (2010); Anthology from the Works of Giorgis Manousakis (2012).
