Anthí Leousi has taught Ancient and Modern Greek, Latin and History in private institutes, upper secondary schools and lower secondary schools in Kilkis, Nisyros, Thessaloniki, Tinos and Aegina, and for many years in Evia, at the 7th High School of Chalkida, where together with her students she created the book My Hymn Engraved on a Tablet Dries, with verses written in Linear B, as well as the book Do You Know the Nature of Human Affairs? – An Anthology of Prudence, with excerpts from the tragedies of Euripides.

She has also written the poetry collections: The Light of Day, Small Kingdoms, Lazarus, The Sea of Manika.
